Our Cleveland showroom is a working design studio with cabinets, doors and countertop samples out on the floor. You walk in, a designer sits down with you, and you go through your Cleveland Heights kitchen room by room: where the doorways fall, what the old pantry is really doing, how much counter you lose to the corners. Cabinets, countertops and installation all come from the same team, so nothing gets handed off halfway. Most people leave that first visit with a layout and a clear idea of what is changing.
Kitchens and bathrooms we designed and installed for homes around Cleveland Heights and the rest of Northeast Ohio.

Six things we do for Cleveland Heights homes, all designed and installed by the same team.
We handle full kitchen remodeling for Cleveland Heights homes, from the first layout to the final install. That covers cabinets, countertops, lighting and the crew that fits them, all run by one team.
We remodel bathrooms across Cleveland Heights, including the tight upstairs baths in older homes. Vanity, top, storage and fixtures get planned together so the room still works once the tile is in.
We supply and install cabinets in Cleveland Heights kitchens, including rooms with old plaster walls and sloped ceilings. Our installers scribe and shim to the walls you actually have, not to a drawing.
We template, fabricate and install countertops for Cleveland Heights homes. You pick the slab at the showroom, we measure the finished cabinets, and the same crew sets the tops.
We build laundry storage for Cleveland Heights homes where the machines sit in a basement or a back hall. Wall cabinets, a folding surface and somewhere the detergent is not on the floor.
We fit mudroom and entryway storage into Cleveland Heights side doors and rear porches. Bench, hooks, closed lockers and boot storage, sized to the door your family actually walks through.

Our showroom is approximately 20 miles from Cleveland Heights, about a 30 minutes drive depending on traffic and your starting point.
From the Cedar Lee and Coventry side of Cleveland Heights, take Cedar Road west and down Cedar Hill, then Martin Luther King Jr. Drive north to Interstate 90 westbound. Stay on I-90 west past downtown and the Shoreway, exit at West 117th Street, and follow Lorain Road west through West Park into Fairview Park. We are on the left at 19389 Lorain Road.
If you are starting from the Mayfield Road or Noble end, Mayfield Road west to Euclid Avenue gets you to the same I-90 entrance. Coming from the Fairmount Boulevard or Shaker border side, many people prefer Interstate 271 south to Interstate 480 west, then north on Clague Road or Grayton Road to Lorain Road. That route is a little longer in miles and often easier at rush hour.
Cedar Road, Lee Road, Coventry Road, Mayfield Road, Taylor Road, Monticello Boulevard and Fairmount Boulevard all feed the main routes out of Cleveland Heights.
The highway legs are Martin Luther King Jr. Drive to I-90, or I-271 to I-480. On the west end you will use West 117th Street or Clague Road, then Lorain Road. The showroom sits on Lorain Road near West 210th Street.
Heading west you pass the Cedar Fairmount shops at the top of Cedar Hill, then University Circle and the museums at the bottom. After that it is the downtown skyline, then Edgewater Park on your right as the Shoreway runs along the lake.
Once you are on Lorain Road you go through Kamm's Corners, cross into Fairview Park, and pass the Westgate area shortly before you reach us.
Estimated travel time may vary based on traffic and your starting point.
Most Cleveland Heights kitchens sit at the back of the house, behind the dining room, with a door at either end. The room was drawn for one person cooking and nobody else standing in it. Today two or three people are in there at once and it shows.
The recurring problems are the same street to street. A narrow walk path between the sink wall and the opposite counter. A refrigerator parked where the back door swings. A small pantry or old service room next door that holds the vacuum instead of food. Base cabinets with fixed shelves, so half the storage is unreachable.
Ceilings are usually tall, and the original uppers stop well short of them. That gap collects clutter and does nothing for storage. Walls are plaster over lath, rarely square, and floors slope enough that a new run has to be shimmed carefully rather than dropped in.
Homes near Coventry and Cedar Lee tend to be tighter, with the kitchen squeezed between the back stairs and the rear entry. Off Fairmount and North Park the rooms are larger, but they are often chopped into a kitchen plus a separate breakfast room or pantry that no longer earns its space.
The first move is usually the wall or doorway between the kitchen and the dining room. Widening that opening, or removing a section of it, gives the cook sight lines and stops the kitchen feeling like a back room. It also lets one long counter run replace two short broken ones.
Second is absorbing the old pantry or service room. Pulling that space into the main room often adds four to six feet of usable counter and a proper place for the refrigerator, out of the door swing.
Third is height. We take uppers to the ceiling and use the top row for the things you touch twice a year. In a room with tall ceilings that alone can change how much storage you have without moving a single wall.
Underneath, deep drawers replace base shelves, corners get a working solution instead of a dead box, and the sink and dishwasher get set so two people can pass behind each other. Radiators are a real constraint in these homes, so the layout is drawn around them and any heating change is coordinated with your heating contractor before cabinets are ordered.
On resale, buyers looking in Cleveland Heights expect the character of the house to survive the remodel. A kitchen that reads as a sympathetic update holds value better here than one that looks dropped in from a new build.
Permits come first. Cleveland Heights reviews residential work through its own building department, and a remodel that moves plumbing, electrical or any structure will need one. We prepare the drawings and confirm the current requirements with the city before the crew starts.
Expect the house to have opinions once the walls open. Older wiring, cast iron drain lines and previous repairs all turn up in these homes. Set aside a contingency for it rather than being surprised by it.
Access is worth thinking about early. Plenty of Cleveland Heights homes have shared or single width driveways and tight side entries. Where the dumpster sits, where materials get staged and which door the cabinets come through all need agreeing before delivery day, especially on the narrower streets near Coventry.
Then there is living through it. Set up a temporary kitchen in the dining room or basement, move the refrigerator somewhere it can stay plugged in, and decide up front whether anyone is home during the work. Bring photos of your room and a rough measurement to your first showroom visit and we can start with the real dimensions instead of a guess.
About 20 miles and roughly 30 minutes, depending on where you start and the traffic. Most people come out Cedar Road to I-90 west, then Lorain Road. We are at 19389 Lorain Rd, Fairview Park, OH 44126.
Yes, that is most of the work we do there. Usually it means widening the opening to the dining room, pulling in the old pantry, and taking the uppers to the ceiling. You get a bigger kitchen without adding on to the house.
Work that moves plumbing, electrical or structure needs a permit from the Cleveland Heights building department. We prepare the drawings, help with the application, and confirm the current requirements with the city before the crew starts.
Yes. We match door style, trim height and hardware to what is already in the house, so the kitchen reads as part of the home. Shaker and bevel doors both work well in these rooms.
We do both with our own team. You choose granite, quartz or quartzite at the showroom, we template off the installed cabinets, and the same crew fabricates and sets the tops.
Photos of your kitchen from a few angles, a rough width and length of the room, and a note of anything you know you want to keep. That is enough for a designer to start a real layout with you.
