The simplest run is south then straight west. Take Warrensville Center Road south out of Shaker Heights to the interchange with I-480, then follow I-480 West. Stay on it through Maple Heights, Garfield Heights and Parma, past the I-77 and I-71 interchanges, and keep going west past the airport exits. Leave I-480 at the Lorain Road exit near Great Northern in North Olmsted, turn east on Lorain Road, and stay on it for roughly two miles. We are on the north side of the road at 19389 Lorain Rd in Fairview Park, before you reach Fairview Hospital. If you are coming from the Fairmount or South Park end of Shaker Heights, taking Chagrin Boulevard west to I-271 south and then I-480 West is usually the easier merge.
Major Roads and Intersections
Shaker Boulevard, Van Aken Boulevard, Fairmount Boulevard, South Woodland Road, Chagrin Boulevard, Lee Road, Green Road, Richmond Road and Warrensville Center Road all feed the two highway options. I-480 is the main artery west. I-71 crosses it in Parma and I-77 crosses it in Independence, so watch the signage and stay in the through lanes for I-480 West. At the west end, Lorain Road is State Route 10. The last turn is onto Lorain Road heading east, and the address sits between West 195th and West 210th.
Landmarks Along the Way
Leaving Shaker Heights you pass the Van Aken District and the Warrensville Center Road corridor. On I-480 you cross the Cuyahoga Valley near Independence, then run past Parma and the Ridge Road exits. Signs for Cleveland Hopkins Airport tell you that you are getting close. Great Northern in North Olmsted is your cue to exit onto Lorain Road. Once you are eastbound on Lorain, you pass the Fairview Park city offices and the Gemini Center area before you reach us.

Most kitchens in Shaker Heights were drawn as work rooms. They sit at the back of the house, behind a swinging door, with a pantry or a rear stair eating into one corner. We measure the whole floor, not only the kitchen, because the fix often sits on the other side of a wall. The old butler pantry becomes a coffee run or a bar. The back stair landing becomes a broom closet. None of that is standard, which is why we draw it in front of you at the showroom instead of handing you a stock plan.
